CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This will be applied toward your service total. Deposits can be applied to rescheduled appointments. I understand that things come up—please be respectful of the time reserved for your appointment. Confirmation texts are sent 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact me directly.
Cancellations within 12 hours will be subject to a 30% fee.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service.
